Rita Lorraine Carey is a creator, author, and visionary devoted to helping people understand a life-changing truth.

Her journey began in the corporate world, where she built a successful career, yet felt a deeper calling that could not be ignored. Beneath the surface, there was a sense of creating life without fully understanding how or why it was unfolding.

That calling led her to step away from the familiar and into a new path, relocating to South Africa and immersing herself in the study of energy, healing, and conscious living.

She explored energy medicine, high-vibrational nutrition and juicing, and spiritual practices including the Akashic Records. Her greatest transformation came from a simple realization.
 She had always been creating her life through her energy. She just could not see it.

Like many, Rita experienced profound grief through the loss of loved ones and animals. These moments became gateways to deeper awareness, revealing that we are not just physical beings and that our essence does not cease to exist.

With this understanding came clarity, peace, and a new relationship with life. She began consciously working with her energy, focusing her thoughts, aligning her beliefs, and using supportive tools to enhance clarity and intention.

This path led her to become a published author, creating books for children and adults that explore energy, the human energy field, and the power of thoughts and beliefs in shaping reality. She also hosts conversations with energy workers and healers on her YouTube channel, Shine Your Inner Light, expanding awareness through shared wisdom and lived experience.

Rita is the creator of EnergyPhoto.app, a global platform available in 38 languages designed to help people see, understand, and transform their energy.

She is also the creator of the upcoming film Revelation Of You, which explores the human energy field and the deeper nature of who we are. In honor of her mother, Rita founded the Ida Lee Covington Foundation, inspired by her mother’s discovery of a love for crystals in her 80s during a journey to Santa Fe and Sedona.

The foundation supports communities around gem mines, expands education around energy and crystals, and shares these experiences through global storytelling. At the heart of everything Rita creates is one mission.
